Yıldız Technical University completed its industrial engineering PhD program in 2008. He started his 24-year business life as a technical planning specialist at Siemens in 1997. In 2000, he started as Production Manager at Webasto Thermo systems and rose to general manager by proxy. In 2005, he returned to Siemens and became the manager of a pre-manufacturing factory consisting of four workshops. In 2010, he worked as a project manager in the project of closing the Siemens plant in Germany and opening it in the Czech Republic, and then at the end of 2010, he was thrown into industry as an entrepreneur, he worked as a subsidiary industry in the electrical and automotive industry, he started his business 1. he founded ERP in the Year, 2. in the year, it received the iatf16949 certificate, exported to Poland, Czech Republic, Germany and even China, made 4 R & D projects, two of which were commercialized, one of which was the best in the world.
Entering academic life in 2014 to establish university-industry cooperation upon invitation, Dr. Doğan Hasan won the 1st prize in medium-sized enterprises in the 2016 Efficiency Awards with his first project in this context. After supporting the Ministry of Industry and Technology's project to increase efficiency in SMEs, Dr. Together with his team, Doğan Hasan managed the establishment, training, development and consultancy services of model factories within the scope of Learn-Return, by undertaking the consultancy services of Bursa, then Kayseri, Gaziantep and Mersin Model Factories.
