What is EFQM?
EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) is a non-profit foundation established in 1988 by the initiative of leading European organizations. The EFQM Excellence Model, developed in 1991, provides a comprehensive framework for organizations to achieve continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable success.

Model Structure
The EFQM model is built upon 9 main criteria. These criteria are grouped under two main headings:
- Enablers: Leadership, Strategy, People, Partnerships & Resources, Processes
- Results: Customer Results, People Results, Society Results, Key Performance Results
