YAMAZUMI (LINE BALANCING) TRAINING

Yamazumi is the balancing of work steps using time measurement values in accordance with takt time and other constraints.

In-plant Milk Run is a system that plans the transportation of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products based on frequent and pull-based transport.
